Spokesperson on consumer affairs

I have been a political person all my life. When I was still at school, I was already convinced that complaining doesn't make the world a better place – but that active involvement does. As a spokesperson on consumer affairs and member of the Committee on Nutrition, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, I deal with issues such as product safety, unrequested advertising and passenger rights. From energy prices to guarantees: consumer protection affects all of us in our daily lives.

Protecting the environment is also an important issue for me, because everybody in my generation will experience the effects of climate change and pollution. This was the reason I started to work for the Green Party four years ago. As a Green politician, I want to ensure that our planet is still liveable in the future. A key issue in my work is everything related to "water".
