The event will be in English.

Over the next few years Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning and autonomous systems will fundamentally change the world. Our goal must be, to develop these future technologies in Europe and to shape them for the benefit of people and the environment. Only with AI "made in Europe", which is researched and developed on the basis of European values in Europe, can we ourselves set the standards and determine the fields of application of AI. For the Green parliamentary group in the Bundestag, this means putting the ecological and social potential that AI provides for society, science and business first.

And because of the European dimension, we also want to discuss it continentally: How can AI help us to master the social and ecological challenges of our time? What framework conditions do we need for AI "made in Europe" so that European research and development can continue to compete internationally? What can an independent European path look like, which also bears questions of social equality, fundamental rights and freedoms in mind?
